The project is an online program registration management script. The flow of the process would be to allow speakers who are lecturing a course, to post their course information, and allow sign up for the live webinar.
The system would seamlessly allow a person to sign up with their information, put their payment information in during the sign up, and once submitted they are registered for that webinar session. The information would then be relayed to the speaker's account with a simple notification of the information the person had given.
There is to be an internal mail system to allow webinar speakers to e-mail attendees through the onsite mailing system with any information they might need. The script should then allow people to attend a webinar online (integration of any system is fine as long as it's a good fit) and when people enter the webinar, the information of attendees are taken down automatically.
Once the webinar is completed, each person who had attended and are to be given a certificate for the webinar will be able to be sent through the system. Those who may have missed the live webinar, will also be notified without the certificate, with a pre-created template that the instructor has created within his dashboard area. This can be a bulk export of e-mails, or if it can be done within the system without it being a major assignment then that would work as well.

I'm not opposed to working with a framework that has these types of functionality to begin with to make it easier.
